Training 1: Database & Mailings
Learn to understand and apply the most commonly used features of Copernica. With hands-on guidance, you'll work directly in the software and can ask questions on the spot. You'll learn how to work with databases, collections, (mini) selections, the drag-and-drop editor, basic personalization with SMARTY, and how to send mailings.
Training 2: Advanced Tools & Personalisation
Deepen your knowledge and apply advanced features. You’ll work hands-on with log files, follow-up actions, advanced SMARTY personalisation, the coupon module, and additional features such as version control, the category module, and conditional blocks. This training is suitable for users who have completed Part 1 (Databases and Mailings).
